Positive trend

FBM KLCI was up 0.06%, Japan's Nikkei 225 added 0.51% while Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose 0.26%.

Crude palm oil 3-month futures were up RM11 to RM3,001 per tonne.

Nymex crude oil added 44 cents to US$81.01 per barrel.

The ringgit was quoted at 3.113 to the US dollar.
